Hip Interactive has announced the release of Hooligans, its real-time strategy game based on international soccer fan riots. The game lets players take control of their own hooligan gang, and they must battle rival gangs and evade law enforcement as they try to build their reputation as the toughest gang of all. As the gang's ringleader, players must also oversee the looting of stores for money and the recruitment efforts at local pubs. The game has 11 single-player missions set in locations across Europe, as well as multiplayer support for up to four players.
