Grrrr... ok, so i'm doing lotsa shit with my computer, trying to get it to run better. one thing I did was somehow fuck up the livejournal client. And now it won't load. I thought I got it to not start at start up(ie: remove it out of "startup" folder in start menu), but now it's like whenever it tries to load, it comes up on the menu, but tries to minimize to the systray, but then... it's not there, and when i do the infamous ctrl-alt-del, it doesn't pop up in the list of programs that are running. I have no fucking clue. I try to uninstall it, but it won't properly uninstall. I don't think i'll ever get that damned thing working. When i DO try to reinstall it, it says it can't open mfc42.dll. Why me? I'm sick of computers. At least, i'm sick of THIS computer. I want a god damned Athlon with 1Ghz and 256 MB Ram, and all that fun stuff. I'm gonna put my other freaking hard drive in this weekend. On one hand it's downgrading(size-wise), but it runs smoother. Fuck technology. Maybe the unabomber was right. Maybe John Zerzan is right. Maybe 5th Estate mag is right. Maybe... Then again, maybe not.

whatever. Oh, and how, like, can I detect my music and set my mood if i don't have the client? I don't see it here. oh well.
