I have it! It came today. When I pulled in the driveway, I somehow told myself it was here, then saying "well even if it isn't, that's ok... I'll give it a couple more weeks." I haven't really been urgently expecting it, but I just sensed it came. What is this thing? Adrafinil. It stimulates the mind, making one alert and able to focus without stimulating the body, so no nasty side-effects like shaking or crashes as with amphetamines. It doesn't produce dopaminergic effects. It's effects are noticed only when required, so you won't feel "awake" so much as having a kick of brain power when you need it. From what I understand. Since this is my first time getting it, I'll have to see how it works. Hopefully this will help me stay focused and on target while writing and also allow me to have the mental energy to write. *sigh* So I guess I didn't understand fully it's timed action. Apparently, I have to use it for like at least a week straight and then my body will work with it. So I have to use more of it than I thought to get the affect. It's about a buck a pill(37.50/box of 40)... And using 2 pills a day(as minimum recomended dose, but I think since my weight is higher, prolly 3 or 4) then it'd be gone in like 10 or 13 days... Prolly should order some more right away!

Damn, why can't legal drugs be like illegal ones and work right away? :)
