I think it would be fun to collect old history books, going back as far back into american history.
To see other countries, primarily Soviet countries, but also, Arab countries, and other areas. Fuck... ALL countries of the world! Get the text into a database, centralized, and you can read current trends being taught to the public. You would also have to include a history of religious teachings, and media assemblages into the past.
Holographic media assemblages, projected into the air.
I think that perhaps, the future interface will use eye recognition technology. And primitive analysis of patterns in the brain will be recorded for each user. A touch screen will be the primary menu navigation space. But, this surface is projected as an image onto a board. This image has sensors, which can determine in the virtual projected, photonic space
WAIT A MINUTE! This album rocks... Aesop Rock: Labor Days... I HIGHLY recommend it.
Now...
Do you have a favorite letter? A favorite number? A favorite color? Do you think there could be a system that could somehow determine a general personality type based upon a multitude of various factors... Like astrology mixed with personals questionairres.
Did you know that the Church of Scientology gives "personal .... wait...."
These lyrics can be inspiring and they can be frustratingly true at times.

I've pondered the issues of power distribution throughout society, and the circle of oppression. I believe that Foucalt's analysis of power is very deep. It's a distributed system of exchange...
One of Pain to gain Pleasure, or at least, the relief of said pain. How many hours do you sleep? 3, 4, 5 ,6, 7, 8, 8+ ?
wait. what about emoticon buttons on a keyboard.(where the fuck would the go?)
Who uses those "Multimedia buttons" on their systems(if they have them)? Wouldn't it be useful to assign them another purpose if they're in a program that doesn't really use multimedia functions, such as this LJ Client. You could remap the keys with scripts, perhaps. Customizable ones. There would be some default uses, but people could script them and create new purposes for the keys depending on the application...
Wait. Interface...
stop.
I think I'll try to do a non-prose post, I'll pop on some autechre, perhaps, and write a stream of consciousness poem....
mmmmmmm.. yea!
