downsampling

So I got it working and tested it at work today, but it cut out a lot. my mp3's tend to be over 200 kbps. i decided I should downsample the fuckers, and got that set up just now. it's cool, cuz you can choose an icon to listen at full or another one to listen at a lower bitrate(I set it to 128) That should save some bandwidth. I don't like losing quality, but if my upstream can't deal with it(it should hit at least 384 kbps, but maybe if Rosemary is online, or maybe my upstream compared with the DSL at work, maybe that adds to the issue)

anwyays, I hope tomorrow I don't have as many dropouts and re-buffering. This has been a fun project. Next, I'm gonna redo my whole site. Change the CSS and colorscheme. Then eventually add content...
