I thought of another cool idea. A movie like 12 Angry Men. Shot in a Fallout Shelter. This group of people have to deal with being cut off from the outside world, and pressure builds, and things just continue spiraling. I don't have a full idea out. But start it off with a little nervous twitch of a character or something subtle like that. Don't even make it a focus. Just have him doing it a while subtly while they all argue. Then have someone ask him about it.
