That's because our fucking society is diurnal, so it forces us nocturnals into shitty sleeping patterns that don't coincide with our natural rhythm. In order to survive, I have to work at my moderately-well-paying job(at least for someone without any sort of education beyond high school), but if I were able to work a 2nd shift(which is rare for the type of money I want/need), I know I'd be able to sleep longer, have more time for myself, and have that time be more productive, cuz I wouldn't be fucking drained from having to wake up at 8:00 am, and then get home at almost 6:00, and then be tired and need a nap, so I sleep for a half hour to an hour and a half, and then get up, still groggy... Maybe eat at like 8:00 or 9:00, and then slowly wake up until like 10 or 11, and then, try to do shit that I want to do until between 2 and 5, which sucks ass, cuz then the cycle begins again.

good night(well, i hope i can get to sleep easily... I think i need to start taking GABA again. That shit is awesome. Get's me to sleep fairly easily, lets me have a deep sleep, and also allows me to remember my dreams. And it's just a neurotransmitter... not an herb, not a synthetic drug. HOORAY!!!)
