are you mono or polytheistic?	pantheistic(somewhat dualistic and monist at once)
do you subscribe to a major religion?	philosophical taoism is the closest I get.
how do you feel about Jesus?	over-rated. not a bad guy, but just not the literal god incarnate.
what holy book do you feel is most accurate (Bible, Koran, etc)	tao te ching
do you believe in reincarnation?	not as in "transmigration" of soul. as prana movement, yes.
do you believe in the traditional heaven and hell?	no.
do you believe in ANY heaven and/or hell?	not really.
do you think the god(s) are vengeful or nice?	if god exists, it is beyond human attributes like vengeful or nice. But really are both and neither.
do you believe in angels?	only if they are the elohim alien race(sorta joking)
do you believe in miracles?	theoretically, quantum mechanics allows for it, but statistically they're unlikely. if you mean the power of the mind to help heal, sure.
do you believe in predestination?	no and yes. but i do believe in prestidigitation.
do you believe in original sin?	only as a spiritual explanation for the concept of free will violating laws of harmony and respect.
do you believe in freedom of will?	no and yes. as an illusion i experience, yes. if quantum consciousness is a credible foundation for explanation of mind, then yes.
do you believe in souls?	not as in any concrete real thing. i believe in the power of the sun/prana.
what do you think will happen to you when you die?	this body's metabolic functions cease. the corpus becomes fuel for other entities.
do you think there will be an armageddon?	as personal metaphor, yes. as real "out there" future time thing, not necessarily. perhaps a bit of 2012 theory, and perhaps a bit of WWIII.
why do you think we exist?	because we do. the laws of nature concresced into this particular existence.
do you believe in life on other planets?	maybe, but it's irrelevant to my life here. I'm a UFO-skeptic.
do you believe in evolution?	i think it's a good metaphor and a viable explanation, until something else comes along and replaces it. it's better than creationism.
do you think religion and science will always oppose the other?	they don't have to. look at taoism and secular/philosophic buddhism.
what would you say to God if you met him/her/them today?	oh shit.
