So, I'm losing weight on my diet, but I feel as though I'm still not eating *healthy*... I suppose this is why I'm going to see a nutritionist on the 23rd. I'm so glad that my health care will be paying for some of it. Yeah!!!!
Like, right now, all I'm doing is buying low-fat like nukable meals, and low-fat yogurt and shit like that. I buy fruit once in a while, yes. But half the time I don't eat it fast enough before it goes bad. I need to majorly work on that. I really really really want to be able to eat good whole foods... Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach... The dark greens, ya know. Like, maybe learn to like squash someday, and maybe even some asparagus, or artichokes.(without the butter). I have some corn, I think I'll cook tomorrow, but I've got a pretty small pot.
I need to keep in touch with some of my net friends better. Denyel, Yuko, Sumiyo, Tracy, and yes you too, Cato. I really would like to work together on this weight thing. I think Angie is groovy with it too.
Actually, I'm gonna ask angie(if she doesn't actually read it here first... heh heh) if maybe when I'm done with work, I can swing by her place, and we can go walking to exercise. Rosemary's at work when I get off, so it's hard to exercise at a real time with her.
I had to redo my rollover menus on my site(that isn't up yet), cuz I realized that I needed to have an extra navigational bar. I think the way I have it sorta figured out now is organized a bit better.
I ate some of those Wow chips, and I don't like Olestra. I thought I would, but it gives me nasty shits, and it doesn't taste as good and it's hurting my gut. I think I'm really getting sick of fat and grease!!! I can't believe it. I'm glad. Now, I just need to attune myself to the more earthy flavors of the foods I mentioned above.
