also found this article on incorporating RSI into the X.org(or xfree86) level of code.

There is a piece of software called workrave which gives you a timer and pops up when you should take a 10 second break from your work every 10-15 minutes, and then every hour gives you a reminder to take a 5 minute break. And it also comes with information on stress-reduction. Very cools software.

This article mentions that this is a feature that should be built at a system level, because there's already issues for accessibility and language, and this is one more feature that, since everyone is prone, should be included at a base level somewhere.

Anyways, this is the sort of thinking that my last big "techie" post was about.

I felt sad today, because only Brent replied to that, and feel that he didn't quite "get" what I was going after. Then again, I was a little high, and I'm not the best at typing things out clearly. Too much logohrrea. sigh.

Droids Attack(Tony's band) is playin in Minneapolis and Brent is going to watch them.

They had a show in Stevens Point on Sunday, I believe it was, and Tomorrow they'll be playing at High Noon Saloon, and then on Saturday, they have another show, I believe.

They have 10 shows this month. That's fucking insane. Apparently they were gonna play in Chicago, but it was a no-go... I joked that they were doing their great "Droids Attack Midwest Tour of 2004"

Their album should be done hopefully soon. I hope it turns out well. I'm glad that they're getting a bit of a following.
