i just was looking at some various "math rock" links someone gave, and one was mudvayne. i said, well, i will finally keep an open mind to this crap.

and what the fuck.

the first track from the album LD50.. "Monolith" That song...

it has a sample of fucking TERENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it sounds like an interview on art bell, perhaps.

d's boss is really into hard metal & mostly closed-minded even though he's a smoker & when we went over his house we watched one of his mudvayne dvds!

Terence appeared on Art Bell a few times. You can find recordings of it pretty easily on Kazaa or Soulseek.

I've got a few of them, and they're not really under copyright as far as I can tell. You might even be able to find them on the web.

Uh, how is this math rock? Sounds more like Pantera to me. When I think of math rock I think of stuff like Bozart.
