symbioidljafter much work, on my own, with dedication, and work, and installing rpms and codecs, and recompiling, i did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
QUICKTIME IS MY BITCH!
In linux... i installed mplayer and the codecs... but i just checked and now it's not quite right again. we'll see if I can fix it...
In theory, now, I should be able to see WMV files as well, but i have to test that first.
I'm sure it's not the best install, but it's a step in the right direction
