It shows Bush's bullshit lies and his reptilian heart... He says all these heartsy lovey dovey things to these organizations and people(Boys and Girls Clubs, Firefighters, First Responders, Veterans, etc...) and shows how he says he honors them, but then cuts their fucking budgets.
I think the ideal is to show to vets that Bush doesn't give a shit about them. A lot of those vets are republicans, and could use a little help in getting their eyesight adjusted...
