that wisconsin gives you tickets because they care for you, or so the little "folder" that my ticket came in when the officer handed me the citation for expired plates.
yay...
oh well.
court date july 5th. sounds like they might get rid of the fine of 156 bucks if I get the registration ASAP and show the court I did that. Since I've got no other violations (last moving violation was in 1997) recently, I should be on the good side of the system. evil anarchist that i am. :)
