symbioidljToday was an interesting day.
First, Rosemary and I signed our lease... WOOHOO!!! I can't wait til August 1st. We get a whole fucking house to ourselves! It's so damn neat. And I should be able to get in touch with those tenants then(in order to discuss moving some things into the garage)... That'll be great!
Then we hung out with Matt, which was fun. We went to eat lunch at Paneria(I think it's called that)... it's a bread place, and they have all sorts of cool sandwiches. I broke my vegetarianism today to eat some chicken chili... mmmmm, delovely. Then we went to the mall. We got to log onto a terminal(they had a kiosk with about 6 internet terminals) We logged into our talker and were like "We're talking from the mall!"
Then we went to Matt and Angies, and Angie was sleeping, but she got up later... We watched some TV, and saw the Andy Dick Show which is always funny(not as funny as Mr. Show, but it's still good overall) Near the end I was getting anxious to go. Like almost obssessive about it... For the last half hour, I wanted to go, but sat on my ass. Finally we left, and I was mad at myself for having hung out all day when I really needed to get this damned hard drive of mine installed.
So I dropped Rosemary off(poor girl had to hear me bitch all the way back)... I was just depressed cuz I didn't get my "me" time that I wanted to do this stuff... It was good to hang out, but...(ok, it's gonna be a cycle if I don't stop that here)
So I got home, and depressed and ate some chili beans on tortillas, then took a depressed nap. Woke up at like 11:00(grrr....), and finally got my ass to back up my hard drive.
Tomorrow... I'm going to get up like at fucking 9. GOD WHY DOES THE WEEKEND HAVE TO BE SO FUCKING SHORT!!??!!?? Why can't we be like Europe, or any other damned civilized country in the world? We suck donkey balls.
Anyways, i'm getting up early(*ugh*) cuz I need to get this hard drive put in(it's an old one, but my motherboard doesn't support the one I just bought. it runs like shit(think it has something to do with it being ata 100, even though, even when I set it on like ata-33, it's still shit) anyways, i found out how to fix my other drive(I hope)...

That'll fix my master boot record. The one thing i absolutely hope is that when I do that, I won't have to reformat the whole damned thing and reinstall windows(but I bet I will)... Anyways, wish me luck!(by the time I see any response, i will most likely have that bitch installed)
I HATE computers. OK, not really. I just want a nice 1.33 Ghz Athlon system with 256 Megs RAM, and a 75 gig HD, and a GeFORCE3 video card, and a kick ass Soundcard(ie: with support for lotsa digital audio and MIDI with a breakout box and all that)... Umm, and a nice video camera(not a webcam)... umm, and... well... Is that so much to ask? Why can't I get something like that for say... oh... a thousand bucks? As it is, I'm gonna have to buy a lower system to fit in that range. Blah, i'll shut my fuckin yap now.
