Briefly a few things:
Dreams first since they can be fairly fleeting. 1st dream, I was in a city somewhere, and the Monkees were playing "For Pete's Sake"(see lyrics below)... It's a happy hippie love song... In the distance, I heard a loud distorted guitar noise approaching, the doppler effect occurring, pitch rising, volume getting louder... Well, the Siamese Monsters from Sesame Street(who were a LOT bigger than I expected... like 7 feet tall or something, no mere puppets, these) showed up and took over the stage, as if taunting the Monkees: Lets see your peace and love now. See if you can not fight us for taking over. Not in words, just in 'tude.
Second dream, I was in a field my boss was there, and we were discussing barns and shit(I work at a property assessment firm that deals in houses and other buildings for tax purposes)... And then I heard a voice say something about houses and hotels... And there were like seeds or round glowing orbs, really... floating in the air. And they expanded and kinda puffed up into this electronic house and hotel from monopoly. And I ran over them picking them up, but they would replenish after a certain time. Like I was in some sort of video game. Then... I was back by my boss, and my co-worker Jackie mentioned something about seeing a thing on the news about a japanese scientist who had taken a device designed to contract muscle cells through electric pulses(like that belt thing on infomercials) He modified it and hooked it up to a monkeys left arm and shot a pulse up through its brain and killed it! As the authorities took him away, he was laughing and smiling. This was all told by Jackie, not seen by me. Anyways, Jackie started to laugh and my boss and I told them it was horrendous what he did, and they didn't care.
Connection? There were Monkeys in both dreams, and they were picked on in both. A new totem? I dunno. I'll post about Salvia separately.

"For Pete's Sake" by the Monkees:
In this generation,
in this place and time,
in this generation,
we will make the world shine
We were born to love one another,
this is something we all need.
We were born to love one another,
we must be what we're going to be,
and all we have to be...
is free.

Basically. that's the song. Laterz...
