A Congolese minister announced this yesterday, shortly after the Rwandan president said his forces "may have launched an attack".
There was no independent confirmation of a Rwandan incursion, but both comments raised the prospect of fresh war in the region, where 4-million people have died in the past decade from genocide, war and conflict-related hunger and disease.

WTF is wrong with people? And a lot of people aren't paying attention to the fact that there's been a LOT of corruption at the UN lately. Sometimes I do wonder about the UN, but I don't see anything as a better option at this specific point.
Anyways, this is such bullshit, and it pisses me off. And I think of Bob Marley and the dream of redemption through return to Zion. But then I think about the after-effects of colonialism, and I think about how people are so fucking blind to the fact that so many of these modern conflicts are the true results of colonialism and greed.
The only way to fix it is to work towards international reconciliation, and a willingness to provide support for advancing their causes. The Labor movement is fucking stuck in nationalism right now. What it needs to do to be effective is to work International, the original dream of Labor...
Even our current crisis is caused by stupidity on the part of the American People. Tax Rebates, Property, Greed, Self-Interest, the virus that has infected our culture through the merciless grip of capitalist mental domination through propagating information that causes the sins of covetousness, desire, and to enter into one's heart, and the drive to continue to grow the economy requires that these supposed sins, are the driving force in our world. Christianity continues to blindly support Capitalism. They do not understand that their god is not the Christ of forgiveness, the Christ of Love, the Christ of compassion, the Christ of self-sacrifice, the Christ of Peace... Theirs is the Christ of Greed, the Christ of Lust (for things)... In essence The Anti-Christ.
American history is rife with Genocide, expansion, imperialism, environmental degradation, etc... It is Babylon. All these things we seek is some global process of redemption, and sometimes it frightens me to think that this may have to come through some horrible fire across the face of the earth... Pandemic Plagues that will sweep across the globe. We're overdue... And a good 25% of the population will die. I believe that's the figure I read the other day.
