i'm getting sick of charter.
i just had them give me a new modem today, but things seem sluggish, and now i did a speed test, and i'm only hitting 300-450Kbps.
i should be getting 2Mbps or at the very least 768 on a bad day.
probably should be averaging 1.5 or so.
now I have to call those fuckers up again and try to find out why it's so fucking slow.
i've already missed 8 hours of work because of this.
it's such bullshit that you have 4 fucking hour time frames. i understand needing some time, due to travel and complications, but seriously... 4 hours? grrrr....
