I hope that's a joke from your end.
If not, just so you know, it's not anything about race... it's about the hat pulled down over the face. It's the first thing that popped into my head.
And the character's name *is* Dumb Donald, so I'm not using Dumb pejoratively, blame Bill Cosby for that.
