symbioidljSo, I've been kinda slacking lately. Politics has been making me a cranky bore, again. I want to create so in the back of my mind, I've been thinking about creative projects.
I finally got outta the 1st dungeon in Baldur's gate. Now, it's a long slog. Last I recall, I barely got out of the city. The only thing I remember from playing it before is going into the giant tent. I think I might have reached some other city, and Jaheira left my party or something. But that's all I can remember. I think that was due to me being a total dick and killing things nonstop. I usually choose Chaotic Good as my alignment, and I think I was more Evil and she didn't really like that.
I have a feeling it's going to be a long slog.

mouser_nerdboy kill some shit last night, though the guy we pugged with was kind of a dumbshit. Hopefully we can do stuff better on our own. They did save my ass though. I aggrod a whole bunch of mobs (well the dumbshit pulled a shitton over to us, and then my massive dmg aggrod them onto me), I got really low on health, healed, dropped earthbind, couldn't get to wolf form, but by the time I needed it, they had pulled some off of me, then we made it safe.
I was surprised at how uneasily they went down. It took a lot more hits than should have, IMO, I mean I'm lvl 67 and the mobs were 60. Though I swear I was getting XP somehow. And a "party bonus xp"? Is that new?
So now I'm debating on where to invest my creative energies.
I know I won't be programming hexbgon for the time being (if ever), but I do want to have a design doc at some point. I also would like to get working on the tactical/rpg (risk/chess/MtG combo) game. Anyways...
