Hey, one more reason you should love Nintendo. They played Autechre before thier E3 keynote speach started. ;)

yeah, i have to say that i think the rev is the best looking console this gen.

wtf is up with the ps3? it seems like they're trying to be big like the xbox? it's fucking huge? and convex? you think anyone at sony knew of the "inhale" design of the xbox?

i still want to know what the hell the rev controllers look like... i think the sony ones look cheesy as hell. maybe they're good, who knows. it doesn't look very stable.

you think the rev controllers are "revolutionary" or is the whole "revolution" thing just marketing speak for "our machine isn't as powerful, but we want to focus on games, not high end tech..."

also, ppl are saying ps3 is more powerful than xbox. i haven't looked at all the memory and bandwidth, but from a processor point, doesn't the xbox have 3 powerpc chips (@ 3.2 ghz) vs sony's one? I know that ultimately it's also about chip design and integration, but still...

and they're both essentially powerpc... IBM is making a fucking mint, huh?

Crap I lied. There was postings about the music being played and I saw autechre and some conversation about it, but it turns out the orignal poster was just meantioning that he would have *liked* to hear nintendo play some autechre, not that they were. :(

I'll comment on the systems after I read up more on Rev.
